Promotion and Demotion System

AWOL - Absent Without Leave - Haven't notified us if you can't attend.


3 AWOLs within 2 months will be a demotion (Ejection for Lance Corporals)

6 Lates within 2 months will be a demotion (We recommend you arrive 10 minutes before to avoid being late)

Informed Absences will get no demotions, just you need a good reason.

For each 3 events attended you will be promoted one rank, for each 5 training sessions attended, you will be promoted one rank.
